We have had great families in this home and on the property over the last 5 years. There are two other dwellings on the property (single occupancy for each) and they are completely private with their own wifi and own trash cans- all residents are respectful, keep to themselves, quiet, and help one another when needed, especially during snow.

We are not a rental property or management company. We own and truly love this property and are very hands-on owners who make sure things are taken care of. We do require a quarterly professional cleaning, which will be performed on the property and included.
