3Bed/2bath house with large 2 car garage located inside the gates of Lake Monticello. The house will be ready for move in January 15th. This location is convenient to Charlottesville, around 25 mins away. Monthly rent is $2,200.00 and a security deposit of $3,300.00 due at lease signing. One pet will be considered with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee and $35.00 a month pet rent.(Breed restriction do apply) Tenant will be responsible for Water/Sewer and Electricity, Yard Maintenance. Trash and recycling is provided though the HOA.
After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant.
We do ask for the following requirements from all of our tenants: (1) A credit score of at least 620 (no accounts in collections), (2) verifiable employment and/or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount, (3) positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example; eviction or court cases with landlord) or a positive mortgage history. All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check.
