Pool is designed as a play pool, with a large Baja shelf for lounging and sun-bathing. The deep end is only about about 6ft deep, therefore diving is not permitted.
Pool heating can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Pool heating, when hired, is limited to 82F so that the equipment is not impacted by overuse. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
Pool is not heated during the summer months (June-August) but it's usually 80+ naturally.

Security camera/recording device our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
Backyard is close to neighbors so staying within noise ordinance is very important!
Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.
In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian. The city of Palm Springs requires guest to provide copy of ID to host prior to check in.
Guests will need to sign a rental agreement which we are happy to send in advance of a booking being made.
Renters pay for utilities including water, electric, gas, internet, TV services. First month and half of last month's rent due up front. No smoking on the property. The tenant shall use the property solely for residential purposes and shall not engage in any illegal activities on the premises. The tenant shall not sublet the property or have long-term guests without permission of the landlord. Either party may terminate this lease upon providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. The security deposit shall be held by the landlord to cover any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or other charges as outlined in this agreement. The security deposit or any balance after deductions shall be returned to the tenant within 15 days after the termination of this lease. Tenants will need to sign a full/complete lease agreement before finalization of lease.
Minimum stay - 28 days.
Incremental discounts for rental stays greater than three months.
