As you approach the home, you'll notice plenty of space for street parking. You will walk up three steps before arriving at the front door. The front door opens in the main living quarters of the home, with large bay windows bringing in lots of natural light and space to gather and entertain.

Continuing through to the back of the home you will enter the large open-spaced kitchen, with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit, for your convenience.

If we continue moving toward the back of the home, you will find the full bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
Next to the bathroom is the mudroom, which also leads out to the back of the home, where there is minimal landscaping and patioed area for seating. The home does have a garage, but it is not usable at this time.
