Located at 189 Central Avenue, Unit A's originally themed 30-day vacation rental has hardwood floors throughout the 1-bedroom, 1 bath sanctuary. The first floor encompasses the living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, and coat closet. There is a 1-car enclosed garage on the lower level, with a staircase leading up to the interior coat-closet entry.
As you enter the front door, you'll see 180 degrees of ocean views off of the living/dining room windows, as well as the kitchen. Whether you're lounging on the sectional couch catching up on your favorite t.v. series, or sitting at the breakfast bar countertop, the ocean views will not escape you. For additional ambiance, enjoy the gas fire place below the television.
The fully supplied kitchen allows you to make the meals you desire, with updated appliances at your disposal. Attached to the kitchen is a washer and dryer, conveniently hidden behind two bifold doors, with storage space above.
If you're to head down the hallway to the bedroom, you'll see on your right a linen closet, prior to entering the spacious bedroom. The brand new King-sized bed faces two large plate glass windows, with sliding glass doors in between leading out to your comfortable patio seating, and an access gate to the street. There is also a cozy corner with a comfy chair to read a book and gaze out the wooden-framed window to yet another ocean view.
The bedroom features a walk-in closet, with ample shelving and hanger space. The bathroom includes a powder room, with another door leading to the toilet, and shower stall.
If you're to leave the bedroom, the door immediately to your right leads to the coat closet, which can also be used for additional storage space. Inside of the coat closet is the door accessing the 1-car garage down a staircase.
**If your vehicle does not fit into the garage, there is ample street parking on 1st street (directly next to the unit).
