A good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities are included. Free high-speed Verizon Fios Gigabit internet. Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), washer, dryer. Ample parking space available. You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
This is a big private bedroom. Bathroom will be shared with 1 nice busy professional. I am looking for 1 person who is friendly and respects other people.
***Expectations:
Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in.
