Keswick Apartments will be a series of buildings consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units open for families and individuals of all ages. Rents for Keswick will start as low as $775 for a 1 bedroom, $900.00 for a 2 bedroom and $1,175.00 for a 3 bedroom. With an expected opening scheduled for Lat Fall 2020, we are now accepting full applications and pre-leasing units.
All Keswick will be Low Income Housing Tax Credit, which has strict income limits.All households applying for Keswick will be required to have a minimum monthly income of at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent. All households’ income cannot exceed over the average median income limit per household size set by HUD. Depending on the income bracket your household falls under, will determine the rent for the unit.
