Upon renewing our lease we were told our rent would be going up over $400 from it was already at. Since then weve had...
Upon renewing our lease we were told our rent would be going up over $400 from it was already at. Since then weve had numerous renovations done, but nothing significant or justifiable. During this process weve also had to cage our pets for days on end. Being that we work, thats an unreasonable amount of time to keep what we consider our family, locked in a cage. Whoever bought the apartment complex this last year are horrible people. While people are struggling to make enough money to eat, these people are bleeding bank accounts for what I would call a below average complex. Save yourself the headache and help out the community by not giving these snakes any of your hard earned money.

This place is a horrible place to live. Between them trying to do renovations while living here and literally knocking on my door disturbing me at least 3 times a week while having covid with sick children and threats from office Not to mention a $600 dollar rent increase. Yet they are taking away amenities like the hot tub and the kids play ground and replaced it with a dog park with a bunch of expensive rocks ... just ridiculous it's almost like the owner doesn't care about the children in the neighborhood. Not to mention mold issues in our bathroom wall between shower and counter and there solution was to spray bleach when a mold specialist should have been contacted about the issues. They are very unprofessional and don't care about there tenants and there privacy.

Those renovations are also their excuse for raising my rent by $400. The buildings used to be bright yellow and had a nice Florida look to them, now they have all been painted what I can only call Prison Grey. Theres no parking for guests. The front gate is always broken. Theres no way to get ahold of someone after hours AT ALL, no matter the issue. Honestly, it used to be nice, but ever since it got bought out its been a total dump. These people are taking advantage of a difficult time in the country and have no care or concern for you, your family, or your well-being. Dont give them your money. Dont move here.

I dont normally write negative reviews but Id like to warn any future pet owner who plans on living here. We have lived here...
I dont normally write negative reviews but Id like to warn any future pet owner who plans on living here. We have lived here for less than a year and have been asked at least 4 times to put our 50 pound lab in a cage while were at work (8+ hours) just so they can come in and measure cabinets or check the lights for future remodeling. We dont even own a cage. We asked them to work with us and schedule a time to come in when someone is home to secure the pet for a few minutes and they told us its out of our control. My partner missed a few hours of work when they finally gave us a scheduled time and they never showed up. Other pet owners in the community are having the same issue. This is one of many issues we have had. Another one is the parking. There is no parking available for visitors at all. So dont even think about inviting guests to your place. They will not find parking and their car will be towed.
