FRONT OFFICE:- This is our first aprt since moving Orlando and our leasing agent was the only nice, Friendly, customer orientated person in there. she was always willing to help any tenant that came to her, always with a smile and if your not in the office to her and call the way she would answer the phone was enough to change a grumpy person mood. A few months afterwards she was transferred and I must say the service at the front office now is HORRIBLE! your paying your money and still have to deal with folks with bad attitude and they never know anything about anything when it comes to the apt. Its RIDICULOUS! The Property Manager acts as if she's the president she never has time to speak with you, to address a concern or a situation the others couldn't help you with but she has time for a cigarette break but not a tenant. OUR APT:- Upon renewing our lease we had two choices either get our fan clean/fix or get our carpet cleaned. nothing was wrong with our fan seeing that we barely use it so we SIGNED to get the carpet clean. We was told in April when the new lease is effective someone will come and clean it and to make sure nothings in the way and also someone is home. During that time I was always home and now it's 6 months later and we're still waiting. Every time we called or go to the office and asked, it's either we'll look into it or I don't know, I asked someone else one last time last week and was told it's to late and when we renew again that's when it'll be done. SERIOUSLY! The same goes for asking for paint to freshen up inside the apt. from December and it's now August. I was given lies on top of lies, if it wasn't that the maintenance manager went on vacation or He's not coming back to he's out sick. last week I saw them painting inside the main office so i asked and was told to bring a container with a cover I did that same day and now I'm still waiting to get it back. Amenities:- We was told when signing the lease that we can only use the pool and the gym during office hours which we agreed to. Don't mind the pretty picture because the gym only has 3 old busted machines that needs to be fix or replaced, no treadmill in which I think if your going to call it a gym that should be the first machine to have. The few times my husband had a day off and wanted to relax in the pool it was close empty with a sign saying close until further notice. The play ground is not a play ground its more like a DANGER ground, I never let my kids go there we take them to the Holden park and its been like that from we moved in the apt and speaking with neighbors who's been there for years said it's been like that for much longer. SAD they don't even care for the kids that lives there. I honestly can't wait to move.

I have live in this apartment complex for 16 years. During these years, the rent has increase by $200. However, the amenities for this apartment have decreased or have been taken away. So, we as paying residents do not receive anything for the increase. We use to have two pools to swim in, but now we only have one and we can't swim in the pool unless the office is open. We have no access to the community center. We have no access to the gym unless the office is open. The children's playground is broken, which is a danger to the children, so in fact we get nothing for our dollar, but the apartment and a rent so high that you might as well go buy a house. If everything is going to be taken then the rent should go down, not up.

I applied for an apartment and was not only discriminated against, in violation of the Fair Housing Act. but, also they still have not returned my "deposit to hold the unit" 1st they claim they mis-addressed the envelope. However, now 6 weeks later. It still has not been returned. Reported to HUD.

The prices are much more affordable, the amenities less than stellar but the professionalism and friendliness more than makes for it.
