to, cleaning, yard maintenance, snow removal, orchard care, security, and hosting. Applicant must have
excellent references and prior experience that would indicate they would be able to meet the expectations
of the owner. They must agree to be very quiet while guests are enjoying the property and may be called
upon to provide some customer service to those staying or using the home and property.
Tenant will be compensated to perform these functions and responsibilities. Payment will vary depending
on the task and your experience level. The time required would likely range from 3 to 7 hours a week
depending on bookings and season. You will love living in this wonderful home. There is so much to
