***The pier will not be repaired. Any mechanical items at the outside deck which cease to function will not be repaired or replaced (fridge, fan, grills, etc.).***
***Fireplace is inoperable and will not be repaired.***
***Minimum lease term is 12 months. No more than 2 pets under 25 pounds are acceptable with a refundable $500.00 pet deposit. This is a NON smoking home. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Tenant will be responsible for landscaping expense of $160 per month.***
Directions: Take Canal Rd heading east. Take a right on Mississippi Ave. Baker Ln is a private driveway. It is the first of two gravel driveways on the left. Do NOT visit the property while it is occupied.

-Last 2 pay stubs of each income source listed
-If self employed, most current Schedule C tax return and proof of income
-Each person over 18 to be living in the home must submit an application

***Upon approval of your application, a security deposit must be received in order to secure the property. This holding deposit will secure the property for no longer than 30 days. If a signed lease is not executed with a start date within the 30 days, the holding deposit will be forfeited.
Once the lease is signed, the holding deposit becomes the security deposit for the home.***
