This upstairs condo has a beautiful view of the sunsets and direct view of the water outside of your private patio door where you can enjoy sitting and reading, barbecuing or simply enjoying the sound of the waves.
The pier is nearby, and many restaurants are within walking distance. Two underground parking spaces provide great access to the elevator where the two hot tubs are located facing the water and the beautifully maintained grounds. This condo has been fully renovated with beautiful new waterproof plank flooring throughout reflecting the beauty of the nature outside. Every detail in décor has a purpose as well. Shutters cover each window to give a cozy privacy when desired.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, tea pot, coffee maker, linens etc. All appliances are top of the line, new stainless steel including refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher with quiet settings and delay start, full range with multiple cooktop burners and grilling and a built-in microwave.
There is a beautiful live edge dining room table that comfortably seats six or more in the window surrounded nook off of the kitchen area. The oversized sink and all the hardware are brass adding to the beauty. The counter tops and back splash are quartzite as is the fireplace wall. The movement in this stone with its colors of blue and beiges reflects the beauty of the ocean waves, which can be seen from the kitchen as well as the living room areas. The view of the ocean is breath taking! The living room is very spacious and offers a built-in desk and a comfortable desk chair. There is full internet capability for those who need workspace or just fun browsing. A large television with cable accessibility hangs on the wall and can be rotated for viewers depending on seating options. There is also a remote-controlled correlating soundbar. There are two recliners in the nook area close to the television and a large (12’ approx.) sofa with an additional two recliners built-in at each end. All seating has spectacular views of the ocean. There is ample seating available.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with drawer storage built into the frame of the bed on each side and two end tables with deep drawers. There are lamps on each end table. A walk-in closet provides ample storage. The skylights also provide plenty of light. In the master bath, there are dual vessel sinks with brass fixtures and beautiful quartz countertops. The tub/shower surround has been fully updated with new tile as well.
The second bedroom has a lovely nautical theme with twin beds. The wall decorations also provide whimsy contributing to the relaxed atmosphere of the ocean.
In the living room area, there is also a fold out single bed available if needed. All bedding is provided with pillows and extra blankets as well. There is a lamp in the second bedroom and all other lighting is overhead lighting in the living room and kitchen areas. The hall bathroom has similar features of the master bathroom, but one sink and one room. There is an additional skylight providing natural light in that bathroom as well!
The laundry (washer and dryer) is in the hall closet and provides not only ease of use, but also privacy as it has its own doors closing off visibility from the rest of the condo. This is a non-smoking property. In order to smoke, one would walk just outside the gate near the beach area. All rental payments
are required on the first of the month.
