The rent covers all utilities and community fees. You’ll have WIFI and Cox TV, ESPN, HBO and many other channels. You also have access to all privileges and activities available in the Oceana 55+ Community. Common areas include two pools, warm and cool, jacuzzi, lapidary shop, ceramic studio, woodworking shop, meditation gardens to name a few! Gas grills are available at the pools for barbecue! Lots of community activities are held in the Clubhouse.
You can be involved as much as you want to be. It is a friendly community.
