I recently had a great experience with this apartment complex. I worked with Danielle and she was really nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel super comfortable and made me feel completely taken care of. I needed to move quickly and she made it happen! I 100% recommend!!

Excellent building that is very well maintained. Currently the public spaces are closed due to COVID-19 but when they are open they are a great value add to the building. Gym is small but sufficient.
I see some reviews regarding stolen packages but I did not have any issues with that. I got packages sent directly to my door or used the Parcel Pending setup and was very pleased with the safety. .
One quirky thing about this apartment is that the fire alarms are quite sensitive so in the evening around dinner time I could always hear one going off distantly somewhere. However that wasn't intrusive or disruptive.
Also the people in the building are friendly towards each other and are generally good neighbors.
They also have a great team of leasing office staff as well as onsite maintenance and cleaners. George is the lead maintenance manager. We had an issue with our AC which he fixed and followed up on quickly.
Highly recommend!
