4) Submitting an application would require paying an application fee. 5) We look at all applications on a first come, first serve basis based on qualifications.
6) Upon being approved, we require a holding deposit (by 1pm of the next business day) which is part of your move-in deposit so that we would hold the apartment for you. At that time, we remove the ad and email you a lease.
7) We require the resident to provide their own aerial rugs/carpet to cover the floor at a minimum 1' away from each wall or corner, including the bedroom living room and the small hallway area. This has to be done upon moving in and it would be a violation of the terms of the lease if such rugs are removed.
8) Renter's Insurance is required.
