Have lived in these apartments for 2 years now. I came home one day with a letter stating they cannot renew my lease that is up in December (right before Christmas) as I have 2 children that's school is zoned for these apartments. I have never been late on rent or had any warnings of eviction previously. Upon going to the office and discussing the matter I was rudely told that by law they don't have to give me a reason and I needed to be out by December 9th. Also, throughout the time of living here the walls are so thin you can hear the person in the next apartment having a clear conversation and the person upstairs snoring all night. I would not recommend wasting your time with these apartments as new management has taken over and obviously don't give 2 craps about their tenants

We loved our stay at Centennial Village! So much so that what we thought would be a short 6 month lease (transitions between the sale of a home) actually turned into a year. We were that comfortable there. It's in a great location (right across the street from the lake and a wonderful public greenway, yet easy access to the Parkway to get into West Knoxville or Oak Ridge.) and wonderful community feel. The amenities are fabulous. We especially enjoyed access to the large pool. The pool area, along with the gym, were always super clean and well kept. Bree and her staff were awesome: efficient, personable yet professional and we loved working with her during our stay.
Not only would I highly recommend, I wouldn't think twice about going back if it were ever necessary.

My wife and I have been living there for almost 5 years. During that time, we had an excellent experience and never had to complain about anything such as noise or security for example. The community is great, very pet friendly.
The amenities are great especially the pool. My wife loved it! It is also very well located especially if you have to commute to go to work in Knoxville like I did.
The current administration managed by Bree is the best we have ever had, either here or on different community we lived in. They are very professional and efficient. For example, the washing machine broke down one day, they come in the next hour to see the problem. The following day, we had a new washing machine.
Last but not least, when we moved out the process was done smoothly; Bree and her team were great and made the process very easy.
If you are looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend it!

Moved in a week ago. Bree in the front office was very attentive and was able to get us an apartment the same day as needed. Since moving in they have been very attentive and quick to come fix minor problems. So far this place is great!

Lived here 7 months. The office staff are super nice and polite, and respond to any issues and emails that we sent in a very timely manner. Rent was quite reasonable and the apartment was good - nothing super fancy, but it had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained and very comfortable. The apartments have gas utilities - water heater, dryer, over and stove. If you've never had those before like us, its an experience but we got spoiled FAST. It was so nice having a super cheap electricity bill, and a gas range was amazing to cook with. Maintenance at the apartments isn't the most competent, but they at least fixed things the second time around. If you're looking for a place in Oak Ridge, this is super close to both of the labs, only a short drive into town for groceries, and only about 20 minutes away from Turkey Creek which will satisfy all your shopping needs! The apartment is also super close to Haw Ridge which has miles (yes miles) of paved and dirt hiking and biking trails through the woods. The apartment also has a pool, playground, volleyball court, putting green, nice gym and the best part, car wash and the best part - free gas grills for residents to cook on! I would completely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to stay in Oak Ridge.
