My family and I have not lived here even a month and we are already looking for a new place to live. Before moving in, we were told one thing and another thing once we had already moved in. They told us that everything had been redone and that everything was brand new. Come to find out that there were baseboard pieces missing, the closet doors were broke, the water pipes leak, and the place was just filthy. In our daughters bathroom, there is a giant hole where it looks like a cabinet was ripped out and they just covered it with a cheap mirror barley hanging on the wall. Every neighbor that lives in our building seems like they all have problems with any tyle of noise that doesnt come from there own apartment. An older gentlemen cussed at my child after she had dropped something in our closet and he heard it through the wall. I dont feel like this is a good place to raise any family or even live here! Wish I could not give them any stars! Not worth the money we have wasted here thats for sure!
Can't say enough good things about living here. Staff is wonderful. The grounds are well maintained. They take care of any problems quickly.

I lived here for 2 years in the new building and I have to say this was by far the best apartment complex I lived in management is very professional and helpful and they always took care of me and my apartment was extremely nice and never had any issues with bugs!! I came from Bristol park in oak ridge and this is saying alot bc there management team is rude and unprofessional !! I highly recommend WILLOW RUN!!!!

Let's say, I've visited a person here and everytime I did, the water main would break. We watched for an hour until someone, I guess maintenance came and tried to stop the flow. This place is dirty, and the apt. manager obviously doesn't know how to keep things from breaking. The tap water was also tainted with black and white floaties, which is unacceptable. If you don't mind loud people living next to you and stuff breaking, here's the apartments for you. Oh also, it's right next to Clinton High school, so enjoy that school traffic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TRYING TO RENT FROM HERE! They will lie to you, you will pay to hold an apartment, and then they will come up with some stupid excuse as to why you can't rent and you'll be screwed out of your money! Apparently you can't rent from someone if you're a full-time student and your husband is the only one working, even if he makes FOUR TIMES the rent! If I could rate Willow Run ZERO stars, I would! Save your money and go elsewhere.
