All homes have large common areas that are shared with other tenants. All our homes are equipped with a Generac generator to power the home when needed and each room has a ductless AC unit. Our locations are in walking distance of most of what you’ll need for your everyday essentials. This allows you to maintain your independence in a safe environment.
COST TO MOVE IN:
We have two types of leases:
Long-term (6-12 months $750)
Transitional-term (1-5 months $800).
First month rent $850/$950 plus $350 Deposit.
The $55 application fee will be refunded if you're not approved!(Not the Background check)
NOTE:
*You must have guaranteed income to qualify, SSI, SSDI, etc. Each room has 2 XL twin beds. There will be 2 tenants per room. If you would not like to share a room the cost of the single will be $1500/$1600. You’ll have the same Transitional-term and Long-term lease option.
