The house is very centrally located to all the amenities North Port has to offer, including warm mineral springs, golf course, aquatic center, major shopping and more!
The Space features:

~ 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin beds
~ Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils and more!
~ Spacious poolside deck to soak up the sun or have a meal, with an oversized fenced backyard for the kids to run around
~ 50” smart TV in the living room, 2 smart TVs in the bedrooms. High speed internet. No cable.
~ Washer and dryer in the garage
~ two off street parking spots
~ Pets are welcome, for an additional one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 (does not cover damages caused by the pet) and a refundable pet deposit of $1,000.
Rent of $3,000/month includes all utilities, high speed internet (wifi), pool cleaning and maintenance, and landscaping. Refundable security deposit is half month rent.
