Summer Place B6 is fully furnished and includes all utilities, including wireless internet! The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private restroom. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds.
This condo is nonsmoking, and rents to adults over the age of 25 only.
This unit is available for rent starting now through April 30, 2026.
Rent is $1,295 per month, and the security deposit is $1,295.
A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog, breed restrictions do apply.
