First of all i have lived here for over 2 years now and i have never had a bad experience dealing with the staff....

First of all i have lived here for over 2 years now and i have never had a bad experience dealing with the staff. Nancy is great and on top of everything. People like to complain about this and that but honestly they need to take a good look in the mirror. Nancy has gone out of her way to help me and other tenants within her ability as manager. Rent was increased this year but that is not her doing she has a job and has to follow what her boss says. The apartments are very nice upgrades are being made to the complex. I just believe all these bad reviews are from people who are upset because they can not afford to stay here. Or they are mad at the staff because they did not get their way about something. Maybe they're just generally miserable people and want to make it harder on the staff I would give Nancy and the complex 10 stars if i could. I will put it this way i'm still here because of Nancy and the rest of the staff. If they leave so will I.

Lived there for a year. First week our car was hit on the driver side right in front of the office and Nancy said she couldn't see any license plate for the person that hit us and they were an applicant. But there's like 4 cameras on the front gate and like 5 on the office (as she boasted in our walk through). Kids lived upstairs and were going crazy for the first 6 months at all hours of the night. Spoke to the mother twice before we spoke to Nancy 2 more times. They were evicted months later. Pest control came in twice in one week. The paper we got both times described the exact same procedure. Kinda curious why they'd need to come back twice in one week. We got a rent increase our last month and Nancy said they left the notice of increase on my door 30 days prior. No mailed letter or remorse that I was totally blindsided with the increase. They said legally that's all they had to do to notify us. Finally just put our 30 days notice in after that. It wasn't the worst experience but could've been better.

The experience with these scam artist was absolutely terrible. At first everything seemed great. rent was a little high but whatever. filled out all my paperwork told them when i wanted to move in then a 300 dollar deposit turned into a 1000 dollar deposit because of bad credit... and that's what they considered "working with bad credit people" Never mind i've never been late on my rent and always had good renters history. THEN i try to go back to get my 300 dollars and they DENIED giving it back to me and threaten to call the cops if i try to come get it. I would rank this place a zero if I could. Even a one star is FAR more than these people deserve
