The second floor boasts:
-the main bedroom (main suite) with a private full bathroom and walk-in closet
-a second bedroom (junior suite) with a private, full bathroom

Additional features/information:
-full basement with a washer and dryer (some items in the basement are staying)
-central air conditioning and heating
-garage is NO ACCESS until August
-one reserved parking spot, near front door
-tenant responsible for maintaining the backyard (HOA maintains common area lawn care & snow)
-gas grill is NOT to be used (gas line shut-off in basement, is not to be turned on)
-tenant responsible for all utilities including (water and sewer)
-additional amenities: pool (additional fee), dog park & tennis court
