I don't understand the "bad" reviews? This is one of the better apartment complexes in the CSRA. I have been here going on 2 years. These apartments are very nice and the complex is extremely clean! If you have any problem all you have to do is contact the property manager Ana and she will take care of it immediately!! I have had a couple of issues and they were addressed promptly. The owner is a nice guy and goes out his way to keep the place up. The owners and management are respectful of my privacy and I believe they treat the tenants well from what I have seen. I have a handicap and these people have gone above and beyond to help me, they don't have to, but they do. I can only speculate the "Bad" review is due to something these people did, not the owner and management! If your looking for a nice place to LIVE, this is it! It doesn't feel like a "Complex" full of fly by night renters, it has the feel of a home. Clean apartments, Clean Grounds, Nice neighbors, Excellent Management, Convenient Location, SAFE, Fair rental fee's, The Feel of a Home, what else can one ask? I feel fortunate to have such good landlords. Thanks Mike, Thanks Ana!!

I've been living in these apartments for almost 6 months now. When I was looking to move in, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful. I came to her about a month before I was ready to get an apartment, and she answered all my questions and worked with my requests. I was shown which buildings I could choose from, and she reserved the one I liked and made sure that it was ready by the time I moved in. When I've requested maintenance help, issues were resolved very fast. I've never heard my building neighbors. In other apartments, you can hear talking and moving about through the walls. I've never had that issue here, it's very private. The grounds are always kept up nicely, and the inside of my apartment is cozy and well remodeled. I have no complaints about living here, it's been great!

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Look at all the reviews online, they are always responded to by the owner in a non professional manner. That tells you all you need to know. They did not honor their military clause in order to keep a $700 deposit. Then decided to charge us outrageous fees that were made up basically to screw us over. Now our credit report says we owe a rental $4,000, yes $4,000 on a crappy apartment complex, so we can not rent anywhere else. Every single place we have contacted to live once we move back stateside has denied us so that leaves us and our three small children, where? For a $700 deposit. They will argue with you, and legal counsel that they are right and everyone else is wrong. It's the LAW! Not whatever you feel is right. They don't respond to any lawyers and management won't give you the contact info for theirs. Their collections agency was sent several disputes from our legal office, still no response. We moved in to a dirty apartment with a list of issues, none fixed in a timely manner. Management and maintaince are sketchy at best. The apartments are cheaply remodeled. DO NOT RENT if you have not seen in person. Our mistake. DO NOT RENT if you are military. We were charged more than others in the same building and they said bah was still more than the rent so we would be okay. They say all of their other renters are happy, false. There is a whole group formed against this complex! Your neighbors will all complain over the same issues. Save your money. You can rent way better options, even houses for around the same money as you could these apartments that will without a doubt rip you off.
