I've lived out here in Forrest Pines Since 2012 And I Just Love It Here. Never Have I Ever Had An Issue With Anything. The Staff Is Very Nice And WELCOMING !!!! Kai And Myra Are Wonderful And Such A Joy To See When Ever I Enter The Office. Never Had An Issue With Bugs Or Rodents. The Maintenance Crew Dale And Richard Are Very Prompt Whenever A Issue Arises, And They Also Keep The Grounds In Immaculate Condition. Very Military Friendly !!! I Would Definitely Recommend This Property To Anyone Looking For A Place To Call Home.......

The place is clean ... meaning no unwelcomed pests/insects.. which is a big one for me! The apt is quaint & just the right size!

Lived here some of last year and some of this year. Updated units are nice, apartments are spacious. The only issue I had was roaches, staff did assist with getting pest control to come, but they were still present. Other than that, it wasn't a bad place to live.

I stayed out there in 2007 when it was Courthouse. They gave me an apartment that someone pushed their move date back. But their washer and dryer was already in it. They still charged me a fee for the washer and dryer. Then damaged the floor removing the washer and dryer. Which I got charged for. Then I let them know that the wheel was messed up on the screen to the sliding door. I got charged for it as well. Over all it's a nice quiet area. Well when I stayed out there it was. Just wasn't worth the money at the time
