Updated “modern farmhouse” kitchen with granite counters and new stainless fridge & dishwasher. A professionally maintained private hot tub and propane grill on the deck just outside the patio door.

Large finished basement. A new 65” smart TV, 2 new couches and even a popcorn machine serve up great family movie nights. Game area includes a pool table w/a ping pong topper, foosball, board games, puzzles.

The fire pit rimmed with Adirondack chairs makes for great conversation on starry nights. In the warmer months, lounge chairs and a patio dining table w/a huge umbrella complete the welcoming setup in the backyard rimmed in trees for privacy. Backyard is fenced in to keep your pooch close by.

Fiber WI-FI enables all your streaming needs and work (if you must). All TV’s are either Chromecast-enabled or smart TV’s so you can sign into your streaming services.

2-car garage to keep your cars, gear or snowmobiles snow-free.

The area oozes with Vermont charm. Walk, bike or snowmobile just up our road to the VAST system trails. Other nearby attractions: Mount Snow skiing/riding/tubing/hiking, The Hermitage Club, skating, stables/riding lessons, great dining, antique shops and wonderful quaint Wilmington shops. Stratton is 8 miles away. In warmer months enjoy boat rentals and swimming at a beautiful undeveloped 10-mile long lake, tennis, golf, farm stands and the famous summer/fall antique & flea market.
