Split layout provides privacy for each bedroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and courtyard. The large master has an ensuite full bath with a VERY comfortable King bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic Memory foam Queen bed and a full bathroom next to it in the hallway.

The outside back patio area feels like a 5 star resort.
