Welcoming foyer to the light and bright living area that is comfortably furnished, thru out downstairs has lovely terracotta floor tile. Sliders off living room open up to the gorgeous private back patio with some sun and some shade. Kitchen has all appliances, pantry and coffee bar area too! Ground Floor Master Suite with King Bed and walk in closet. Master Bathroom has been remodeled with Double sinks and walk in shower. Also downstairs is a guest half bath along with indoor laundry room. Upstairs features Bedroom 2 with a double bed and single, Bedroom 3 features double Bed. Jack and Jill style Bathrooms separate the 2 Guest Bedrooms, each room has it's own sink and lavatory. Shared but private shower/tub combo in between the 2. Sleeps 6 comfortably!
