2024 Rent is as follows... May, September, October, and November is $4000, June and July is $5500 this includes utilities, HOA, and taxes paid per owner. $250 clean, $75 booking fee and 12.5% taxes of total. Taxes are not applicable with leases of 6 months and 1 day or more. Long term price is $4500.

Long term will also have Security Deposit $4500.00 and application fee $150.

The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units! You will be on the 5th floor with only one other unit on the floor. This fully furnished condo is on the corner facing the south end of the island with lots of natural light coming through the condo.
