After completing my first year living at one of New Rochelles premier apartments, I feel compelled to write this review. Moving from South Carolina to NY at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and less than a month after the buildings grand opening, The Standard, New Rochelle was a great choice and wonderful place to call home. I feel as safe living there today as I did back then when COVID was at its peak literally in our backyard. The community amenities include a fitness center, a pet wash and spa, outdoor courtyard, gaming area, and rooftop with a grilling area and firepit. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are quick to attend to any problems that may arise. The building is kept clean, and I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Home is a feeling & Im delighted to call this home! Its safe, clean,& close to everything. Its the shortest commute to the metro north ever! All the neighbors seem nice and most people smile. I needed a repair done and it was done within 24 hours of my request. In the time Ive lived here each staff member especially Jessica, Ms Joyce, Sean, everyone has been accommodating & informative One of the best amenities they have are the classes for Zumba, Yoga, and boot camp and each class is awesome. Signing a lease is a big deal and things always look good at a glance, LaRochelle has exceeded my expectation and Im truly thankful to live here.

I enjoy living here. They've promptly answered every maintenance request or other query I've had. Most (maybe all?) of the apartments have huge windows going across an entire wall, so it makes for a nice view. The price is on par with the rest of the market. Someone in the comments said something about it being a "toilet for dogs"-- I've never seen poop anywhere on grounds, even outside, so I'm not sure what they're talking about.
