Dont even bother applying here. Place was beautiful but they charge a extra 500 dollars admin fee on top of a 25 dollar application...
Dont even bother applying here. Place was beautiful but they charge a extra 500 dollars admin fee on top of a 25 dollar application feejust to apply whether you get approved or not and its been almost 3 weeks and I still didnt get my money back from them. The worst part is now they wont even answer the phone or return my phone calls when I leave a message. I dont even know why they charged me all of that in the first place application fees are usually 25 dollars. But good luck getting your money back from them. This is my first time ever even writing a review on ANY PLACE because I really dont usually do reviews but at this point Im upset and I feel like this is my last option to be heard.

The leasing team is really polite and professional and love the idea of a 24/7 concierge.

Even tho parking is tough in New Rochelle, I was able to rent one space and they have two Teslas available to rent at any time as well.
