Dominick and Carlos continue to do an outstanding job. My new garage door wouldn't open because the remote was lost and Dominick and Carlos spent well over an hour finding a way to get in. Once in Dominick spent another good 20 minutes cleaning it out with the blower and Carlos changed all the light bulbs to LED's so when parking at night I wouldn't be with limited light. Couldn't have a better experience.

I have lived here for almost a year now. I want to call out Dominick as an exceptional asset to the Avalon. Dominick leads the maintenance team and he is ALWAYS responsive, SO conscientious, and he goes out of his way to ensure that the job is done right and done quickly. For example, during a routine maintenance check, he noticed a hole under my hot water heater (on the porch). Within 12 hours, he had a vendor in, the hole was fixed, and my hot water was working again. He came in on his day off to make sure the vendor was coming, and he stayed after hours to make sure the job was done right. I really appreciate the pride Dominick takes in his work. I wanted to express my opinion that living here has greatly improved since Lawrence became the manager here at the Avalon in New Canaan....
I wanted to express my opinion that living here has greatly improved since Lawrence became the manager here at the Avalon in New Canaan. He is always friendly and deals with problems immediately. He has implemented several nice little extras for the kids that have really made a difference. If we have a problem, I trust that he will solve it as soon as possible.
I also wanted to commend the maintenance team of Dominick and Robert. They have made an incredible difference in terms of the quality of service here at the Avalon since they joined the team. The both respond quickly to whatever maintenance issue we might have, are very knowledgeable and competent compared to the previous team, and they really get things done. They have even responded quickly in an off hours emergency that I had. Also they are both extremely friendly and easy to work with. Dominick and Robert, along with Lawrence, have made the Avalon a much nicer and easier place to live.
