You will be provided with a custom door code to access the property. Please call or text us on upon arrival / departure if you have questions or need help, so we can assist and ensure you'll have a smooth check-in and check-out process.
The landlord will cover up to $200 on SDGE a month for short term leases (3 months or less). Any amount over that will be the responsibilities of the lessee. Longer terms renters will pay entire monthly SDGE and water bill, wifi will be covered by landlord. To be energy efficient, we encourage you to turn off lights and TVs when not in use. There is a new washer and dryer in the garage.
Cleaning Fee Policy
A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property.
This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
