Will send paperwork when you also apply with me and those forms are sent directly to the community Property Management Company. They run background and credit checks, then the HOA board approves or denies. HOA approval is mandatory to move in. Also, 11% state and county tax will be charged (ex. $15,000 rent for 3 months, plus $175 move-in fee = $15,175 + $1,669 tax = $16,844 + application fees above). Tenant will pay electric (bill will be deducted from deposit) and Owner will pay for water, cable, and internet. Exterior maintenance is provided by the HOA.
