This apartment is located right across the street from the WVU football stadium and is about a ten minute walk from Ruby Memorial Hospital. It is within walking distance of the Evansdale campus, and is about a ten minute walk to the medical PRT that will take you to the downtown campus and the Health Science building. The Mountainline bus stops at the complex every 15 minutes until 2p.m. then switches to every hour. Parking is free with parking sticker provided by Chateau Royale complex. Pets are allowed but there is a fee required by Chateau Royale. Activity center has a gym, lounge, and basketball court, and there is an outside pool and volleyball court.
