512 W 1st #1- 2 bedroom apartment (All utilities paid) - This apartment has a lot of room and it has a nice bath, open kitchen with the two large bedrooms. We pay the utilities and provide a stove and fridge. This is a main floor apartment.

Off street parking in back or plenty of parking in front. This is an emergency snow route so it is always plowed early and often.

No barking dogs, pet deposit $500 plus a $25 per month surcharge per pet added to your rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
