There is a washer and dryer in a small hallway off the kitchen which also has the back door in it. One of the bedrooms has a row of windows on two of the walls which make it a very bright room.
$500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
