This unit features wood floors in the main living area, a DW, W/D (provided, but not guaranteed), and the master bedroom located upstairs. Dogs considered with additional $500 deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We will request that all applicants provide proof of good credit AND at least 2 years of verifiable rental history. No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes/vape pens.
*Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, sewer, lawn care, snow removal and renter's liability insurance.
