You should be aware that 700 on Washington are offering gift cards for people who post reviews so they might be biased.
The location is the main selling point. It is close to campus which is convenient. However, it is also close to a bar and there are sometimes drunk people in front of the building. People have thrown up and peed in the entry.
The apartment is pricey for what you get. In addition to the listed price, expect to pay $40-50/month for utilities, $25/month for being on a higher floor, and $50/month if you want a 9 month lease instead of 12.
The apartment comes with cable which is a waste of money in my opinion but you can't opt out of it. The internet connection is often slow. Just tested it and it was 3 Mbps Down, 8 Mbps up, and a 55 ms ping.
There are a lot of minor annoyances in the apartment. For example, the kitchen sink doesn't have a disposal so it often gets clogged. Also, the heating and cooling in the apartment is set up poorly. One bedroom gets blasted with heat whereas the other doesn't. Feels like a significant difference in temperature between the rooms. The furniture and appliances are cheap.
Overall, not awful but I expect more for paying over $1000/month. On the plus side, the people who work there are nice.
Perfect location with many restaurants nearby (esp Chipotle & Afro deli). Staffs are super friendly too. Love this place!

The 700 is a stellar place to live! The location is perfect if you are going into a health profession and have to be in Moos for those 8 AM labs. The people at the front desk always welcome ya with a smile and a friendly hello. The maintenance workers are also exceptionally prompt and friendly!
Complimentary coffee in the lobby- comparable price of rent to other apartment buildings around campus- convenient location-underground parking- great sky lounge for studying. Check it out!

I hope in the future someone in this apartment could fulfill the work we asked for (our kitchen shelf.....)
Anyway, everyone is busy here, but I believe the 700 is always my better choice in the US.

They are super friendly and treat everyone with 100% respect and provide the hospitality needed to create an inclusive and warm environment. It really feels like family here and everyone that I've interacted with loves this place so much which is why everyone usually renews their leases! The maintenance team of Greg and Genine are the best human beings on the planet. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar. They are super courteous, efficient and effective at responding to residents' needs. I cant imagine living elsewhere!

Greg manages the building's maintenance program with a friendly and caring approach. He provides timely repairs when needed and demonstrates a level of responsiveness that is truly second to none. You'll be pleasantly surprised how Alicia, David and Greg treat everyone more like family than residents. The 700 on Washington is easily the best rental experience that I've ever had... I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

The office kept saying that it is not within their remit so they just skipped and ignored their complaints. It has been three months since I woke up due to the construction noise. However, there is no any compensation for the damage. I am really stressful and I will never renew my lease.

Even though the building was not completely finished at move-in date, everyone seems to be working really hard to get things completed and resolve any issues the residents might have. Love the coffee bar too! It is absolutely amazing to live so close to campus. This was definitely the easiest move-in I've ever had - love the fully furnished apartment! Looking forward to living here for the next year.
