I've lived here for the past 7 months and my experience has been very positive. It's location is probably one of it's greatest assets considering that for UMN students, you'll be able to get wherever you need to go on campus with great ease. It's also a very safe place to be situated at- it's mostly students in the area and there are always UMN vehicles and campus police around. The building staff are very diligent and do a particularly great job with receiving and taking care of residents' packages delivered to the building. Apart from that, they are overall very helpful and pleasant. I requested a maintenance order and it was taken care of by noon the next day. The interior of the building is very clean and well taken care of. I moved into a studio apartment space and it was very clean, the furniture and appliances were in working order, and I had a very easy time moving in. It's usually relatively quiet, even on weekends, which is something that I personally appreciated. It's worth noting that the ceilings, mine at least, don't do the greatest job of suppressing noise and movement from above. Every now and then my room will quite literally shake due to what the tenants above are doing. Probably a rare situation, but if that kind of thing bothers you, you might want to try for a top floor space if you're particularly keen on playing it safe. Overall, I'd definitely recommend living here!

The station is really close to the east campus. The monthly activities are well set and the activity board is extremely adorable. Packages are safe there. And the staffs are warm-hearted and ready to help.
Great facilities, responsive and communicative towards any needs, convenient location, and overall just a great environment to live in.
