- no UD filings
- no criminal of drugs, violence, guns
- total household income at least 2.5x rent+utils
- must have some verifiable rental history
Application fee is $32, or $45 if lived out of state within last 5 years.
Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit- for aggressive breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. For mid- and large-size dogs, additional rent $20/mo. For small dogs and cats, add'l rent $10/mo.
