The primary bedroom on the main and in the basement have built-in closet systems and the other two have cloth hanging systems. All the windows, including the patio door, have screens and blinds. The laundry room feels larger than average and has a washer, a dryer, and a laundry/utility sink. Amenities include a covered deck on the rear of the home.

The home has been cleaned, and sanitized and the air ducts/HVAC were professionally cleaned. Hardwired, battery-backup CO2 detectors are in the hallway outside the bedrooms on each floor, and smoke detectors are in each bedroom. The landlord is responsible for replacing the furnace filter and the batteries.
