Justin and Wayne are always on top of things. I got a wonderful apartment and I'm very pleased and happy with it.

Shelley, the property manager, is extremely helpful in helping me get signed into the apartment lease. She is very friendly and was willing to work with me on my move in date to ensure the apt. would be ready for me. The apartment is roomy and exceeded my expectations. 6 months in I still love my apt. Management changes just keep improving on the previous manager. I have no complaints on any of them since I've been here. I have only seen the police here once, and I have no bugs in my apartment.

I was afraid when I moved in because I wasn't sure about the area and a few things in the apartment were messed up but I've only been here for a week and the awesome manager, Justin Weiss, and the maintenance guy have both been ridiculously helpful, friendly and professional. They're the only ones who work here yet they are always quick to help and always friendly and understanding. My neighbors are very nice as well. A few have introduced themselves to me and one took in my package for me when I was gone for a few days and gave it to me as soon as I got back. The apartments themselves are very cheap in my opinion, I pay $615 for a two bedroom 1.5 bath, water included. I just pay for electric and internet other than that. The bedrooms are pretty big. Me and my one year old share a room very comfortably. The whole house isn't huge but not small either, in my opinion. I love these apartments so far!
Rooms were very nice. The manager (Justin Weiss) was extremely friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. I recommend these apartments to everyone!

Our new manager is rude as hell. The bed bugs are HORRIBLE. the neighbors are loud, we can hear them yelling and they always start things. For example: she claimed we threw eggs at her windows and stole money from her. Nothing ever gets fixed. We had a gaping hole in our ceiling for over a month, and countless other disgusting things. The cops are always here and its so loud its hard to sleep. If you make any complaints they will just blow it off. I would highly recommend checking out some other apartments and use this as your last resort. This place SUCKS. Roches are horrible and there was a bat in my neighbors apartment. Absolutely disgusting conditions....

We have lived here almost a year now and have seen a lot of changes and Shelley and Wayne are the best changes. Any time we have a maintenance request Wayne fixes the problem in a timely manner. Shelley has addressed all of our questions about the transition in management and has made us feel someone cares .Thanks for all your effects in improving our residence here at Spanish Trace
