Renting Requirement & Application Process
To view the property, contact our office to arrange a showing.
Property is available on appointment schedule only.
We check for the following:
-Credit check
-Background check
-Rental History verification
-Income/employment verification
The following are our requirements to be considered for rentals:
-All adults 18+ must fill out a separate application on our website www.arbrental.com and each applicant must pay a $75 application fee.
-3 times the monthly rent is required to qualify
-Excellent rental history
-Good credit
-If the property is vacant, prompt move in is required

-The application fee is $75 per adult Non-refundable
-Upon approval, we will provide you with a Welcome Letter stating your “to do” steps. We require a non-refundable reservation fee to be paid within 24 hours of approval. The reservation fee must be paid in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
