The open living room, kitchen space is bright and comfortable- fully furnished. The spacious bedroom has 2 separate closets, queen bed, 2 sets of dressers and night stand- perfect for 2 people. Bathroom/ laundry combination is conveniently located within the apartment. A balcony allows for outside enjoyment with a small patio off to the side for grilling. We are located a very short distance to the Indian River with boat ramp availability for small vessels.
Our lovely apartment application requires the tenant to have proof of employment, a total gross monthly income of $3400.00, no felony charges. Credit score will hold merit and will be considered. A small dog, is allowed once approved by the landlord. Lease agreement time is negotiable, however there is a 1 month minimum stay. Our apartment is also listed with Furnish Finder if you are traveling to Sussex County DE for business or traveling nurse we'd love to accommodate your stay. * We currently have no availability until mid-March 2026.
