I'm usually not much for writing reviews for the places I rent from but I figured Artistry deserved it. I've been living here since the parking lots outside my building were mostly empty (around when it first opened) and can honestly say living here has been fantastic.
It's exceptionally quiet around here, which is awesome. Soundproofing is a lot better than I expected for new construction. Perhaps I've just been lucky, but I haven't had any maintenance issues, so nothing to report there. Honestly it's been really nice to move into an apartment and just not have to worry about much of anything - bad management, obtuse residents, etc.
The location is surprisingly good for how remote you might think it is. Can zip up 288 north or south quickly, and get down Robious to a lot of commercial property within about 10 minutes aside from the busy commute hours.
My sole complaint would be that nearly every resident here seems to own a dog (which is fine), but sadly not all of them are respectful of picking up after their pet. But really there are bad apples like that at all rental complexes, so I won't dock any points for that.
All in all I'd highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and quality apartment complex. I'm hopeful that I can make living at this residence work for me for an additional year before I have to relocate from Richmond.
My son and daughter in law live here. I visited them last weekend and I thought it was a very nice apartment complex.
Love it!! So magical!
This is a beautiful property! They have amazing amenities and the location it perfect. I cant wait to move in.
