I used Apt Opt years back 2 times had the same kind of ordeal and had a good experience . I figured I'm in the market for a new place why not go back. They have a competitor who I will never use again. So I felt secure they would find me a decent place. The lady who initially assisted me was very pleasent and definitely could relate to me. Its when a tall woman came in who I figured was the boss started talking things started to go downhill. Long story short she told me the price range and my rental history would not get me an apartment. I drove up the street and found what I was looking for. I still have faith in this place. If Apartment Options was for the client they could have my business again.

My experience with pam was very unpleasant from the start, she rushed us out of the house during our walk through because she was late for a poker game. Our experience didn't get much better after that, she made us feel as if we needed to jump through hoops and be overly greatful that we would be considered for a home even though we have a large income and great rental history. We have 2 dogs and the back fence was damaged and she told us that it would be our responsibility to make repairs and that would help with our chances of getting approved for the home. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. I feel the tenant and landlord should help each other to accomplish a common goal. This was not the case.
Different Apartment Option locations may be fine, but this one is super shady. They lie and falsely advertise.
