Ever since the management changed its been nothing but problems. The leasing office says its open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but the office is always closed at least an hour before 5pm. We cannot pay our rent with the drop box or even make payments online. I understand rent is due at a certain time but how can we pay it on time if we are trying to make payments once we get off work if you close an hour before the time stated on the door? And you leave notes on the door and the notes is always blown away off the door, you have our phone number just give us a call or leave the notes in the mailbox so we dont have to pick it up in the grass.
Good place to stay nice environment there was a crime scene ( murder ) so I don't trust my kids or anybody to be over there.
They have bed bugs. Run. Do not consider. The apartments are upkept on the outside and the inside is garbage.

These are nice apartments they have different floor plans for each unit..They also have townhouses that goes up to 3 bedrooms..It's also quiet over there no crime going on..

This place was nice my first year.. but after renewing my lease things got horrible. Bugs EVERYWHERE, old loud neighbors, horrible parking neighbors ( my car doors has so many scratches and dings from my stupid neighbors parking so close and hitting my BRAND new car). The apartments are so drafty. My neighbor is like 60 and sits in the hall and smoke weed ALL day. My apartment stinks because of it. I told management and they said to call the police smh. Once my lease is up.. I'm out of here

I agree with Marcus. They don't work weekends and their "emergency" maintenance line is useless as they never check it. Whatever contractor they used to upkeep our townhouse was clearly incompetent as there is shoddy repairs and disrepairs everywhere. BUGS! Roaches, spiders, black beetles, crickets, slugs, wasps, and ants are constantly trying to get in. All in all, terrible management and service.
The business is horrible. I swear
