I have been staying over here for about a year now so far so good I think I'll give it another year, they fixing the out side up and if you have any problems like clogged pipes or leakage and report it they will come right away to see that's the problem.
I have lived here for over 9 years and to get them to fix my air conditioning one would think this is a crime...

1 star is for the security surveillance cameras. Other than that, My girlfriend lives in one that has water damage and mold. Its been this easy for a few months now. They haven't made any efforts in fixing it, or replacing the aisle on the stove. The office has received constant complaints about the neighbors being thieves, the community is aware of their menace and yet here they still are.
I loved living here as a child and would go back if the rent becomes affordable

I've lived in Summit Park Apartment since 11-01-1991. I've raised all my children here. I've seen hard times and good times here. It was "THE BROOKWOOD APARTMENT S". I would not change anything about them. We have bad years as well as good years. Crime is all over Memphis TN. but we here hold our heads up and keep pushing to make it a safe place where our children and grandchildren have a wonderful place to live and play.
