LARGE STREET PARKING AREA where you can unload your truck from work materials if you are a contractor or Personal Trainer carrying loads of equipment. It is not barricaded by other cars, and the door is coded, so getting in and out will be a breeze.

You will sleep on a comfortable " Queen size" bed ( about 160-200cm). It can accommodate two adults, including a child. Warning: TV is movable, so be sure not to hit your head.

*Other things to note*
The studio is on the LEFT side of the house, separated from the right section, you are not sharing with anyone, and you will be completely isolated and will not hear loud noises from a different floor. There will be an access-coded door right when you step into the driveway. Go ahead and rent it now!!
