If resident has more than one (1) pet, a separate Pet Deposit and separate Non-Refundable Pet Fee are required for each pet. An additional refundable deposit of $100.00 will be charged in addition to the standard deposit for any dogs weighing over 25 lbs.

The back side offers panoramic 180 degree views of the sound, city of Everett, Mukilteo ferry, Cascade Mountains, Mt Rainier and the Olympic mountains. This cabin sits on 150 feet of waterfront and on 3+ acres. Wake up and enjoy the bald eagles sore over the sunrise. In the spring the whales roll on these sandy beaches to catch sand shrimp, your house will be closer than any whale watching boat will ever be. Catch your crab dinner right in your own back yard. The beaches here are not rocky but powder soft sand and great for long walks or nature watching. From your bedroom window you can hear the waves and the winter storms are mighty impressive. Sit beside the cozy fireplace as you catch these storms or just watch the lights of Everett come on every night. The navy boats come through these waters and make us all feel just a little more patriotic. One of the best times of year here, is the 4th of July. Seeing how this is the Tulalip Reservation, this is one of the best firework displays around. I find the fireworks to be more impressive than the shows in Seattle and go all night long--just wow!!! This lovely cabin has 1 full bedroom and a loft. This loft will fit a king size bed, along with a queen size. This 3 acres offers a lot of land and these sprawling lawns offer the perfect place to play volleyball, lawn darts or throw a football. There is a public boat launch right down the road. Tulalip Casino is minutes away. This is an amazing opportunity to live every day with such an amazing view.
